I Painted It My Way

I love creating custom designed art for dwellers of this desert paradise in Palm Springs, California.

There is a lens in my mind that takes in the emotions produced by the key architects from this mid century Southern California lifestyle. Crafting my art images paying tribute to residential and commercial buildings that span through the Coachella Valley.

There are so many architectural treasures, masterpieces.

John Lautner, Louis I. Kahn, Charles Luckman, Richard J. Neutra, William L. Pereira. Richard Neutra’s Kaufman House, Albert Frey’s Raymond Loewy House, Paul R. Williams house for Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz.
Many more architects and designers that are in my inner circle for inspiration. Revered worldwide. www.marknicholsinteriors.com
The distinctive structural, functional, and design elements of a building feed my soul. There is a sensitivity in my work, combining with my intuitive sense of color and composition.
You’ll see this in my newest work at www.flowmodern.com My upcoming show, ‘Kathryn Henneman Now’

New art forms revealing new hopes in images that are stronger than ever before. This painting and many others will be displayed and for sale at the show.
